Please note that shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination, therefore can vary. The prices quoted above show a minimum delivery charge.
Please also be aware that the Canary Islands, Norway, Switzerland and San Marino are included in worldwide international shipping prices/free shipping threshold and not Europe/EU shipping prices/free shipping threshold - this is set by our shipping carriers rather than by KILLSTAR.
Free shipping threshold must be met with the value of physical goods only. Items such as gift cards and Route Package Protection do not contribute toward the free shipping threshold. The same applies to any taxes applied to your order prior to checking out.
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse up to 7 business days after the order date . Please allow some extra time for order processing during busier times of the year or during sale events.
Gift Cards and Pre Order items are excluded from the Free Shipping offer.
Weight restrictions may apply and not all shipping methods will be available for all weights / shipping destinations.
You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order outside of the EU. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.
