The EU store stocks the same products as our UK & US stores. We are working hard to distribute our stock evenly across all our locations and to include as much as we possibly can from the store opening however, some of your favourites may not be available. Don’t worry though - moving forward, all our NEW collections will launch in the EU fully.
There will be normal shipping fees just the same as UK and US store. The starting prices for each shipping method available are listed here [shipping will calculate automatically at the checkout as normal] - orders over a certain value will be eligible for free shipping. See our shipping page for more details.
There will be customs/taxes dependant on shipping destination however there will be no customs charges for orders shipping to EU countries - customs charges will be applied on orders shipping to European countries that are not part of the EU such as Switzerland.
All prices in the EU store are in EUROS and include sales tax.

Will VIP points be automatically transferred over?
Yes, all EU customer's points will be moved to the EU store. Any discount codes you have for the UK store won't be transferred.
Will there be a physical store ?
No, this store will be online only.
Will there be EU exclusive items?
No, the EU store will carry the same products as our UK & US stores.
Will there be shipping fees/taxes?

Can we pay with our country's currency or just euro?
We will accept EUROs only.
Will there be an opening sale? - We are super excited to welcome you to our new EU store but are not planning an opening sale to mark the occasion.
Do we transfer accounts or make new ones?
EU customers’ accounts will automatically transfer however, passwords will need to be created as we are unable to copy these from the UK store.
Why wasn't I invited to the early release?
To make sure we had time to fix any early problems without impacting our customers, we could only have a very small number of people have access to early orders. Our system selected this small sample of customers who will help us work out all of the kinks before we confidently and happily release our new EU store to the world!
